This five-level structure provided much-needed parking space in downtown Visalia. Pedestrian plazas at either end offer pleasant short-cuts to nearby businesses.

The treatment of the facade offers an interesting face to the street, unlike typical bare concrete parking structures. Brick walls and paving reference nearby brick buildings. Woven metal panels and white stucco help break up the bulk of this block-long structure. A blue glazed wall in one corner pays homage to an underground creek which passes below.
