This building provides new administration spaces for a local sanitary district. It houses office space, an employee breakroom, a conference room, and shower and changing facilities. The site includes a vehicle maintenance yard as well as visitor access for district customers.

The project is anticipating LEED Silver certification. Sustainable design features include low-maintenance landscaping, reduced heat island, and daylight and views for all interior spaces. Energy efficiency is achieved through a high-performance building envelope, efficient equipment and light fixtures, and lighting controls.
