This college provides training for law enforcement and fire service personnel. The new facility supplements an existing campus and offers showers, lockers and changing areas for male and female trainees.

Despite budget constraints, green building concepts were incorporated into the project. Extremely durable and low-maintenance materials were used. Waterless urinals and other low-flow plumbing fixtures were included. In addition, the building was designed to be expanded with minimal waste to meet future student enrollment projections.
