This new building houses general and specialized classrooms as well as administrative offices for both the middle school and the school district. The multi-use room has been located close to the street to allow access for community use during non-school hours. A central courtyard provides an indoor-outdoor connection.

Sustainable design features include daylighting and views, operable windows, and durable materials. A well-insulated building envelope, energy-efficient equipment and light fixtures, and lighting controls all contribute to increased energy efficiency.
