International Hotel Senior HousingSan Francisco, California
The International Hotel Senior Housing Center is located in downtown San Francisco. The facility provides 105 units of housing, in both studio and one-bedroom configurations, for low-income seniors. The facility also includes communal food service, laundry facility, a community room and rooftop gardens for the residents’ use. An underground parking garage serves the building above. The building was designed as part of a larger masterplan. A future private school campus will occupy the southern portion of the site.
