This new facility consolidates several functions which had been scattered across the campus. The two-story building houses teaching and office spaces for five academic departments, a cafe, a library, computer labs, and the campus admissions and records office.

The project is targeting LEED Gold. A geothermal heat pump system, a high-performance building envelope, and lighting controls contribute to energy efficiency. Other sustainable strategies include abundant daylighting and views, low-maintenance landscaping, and alternative transportation options.
